Reporting Studio
From portfolio to reporting, in a single workspace.
Connect your data, build your views and adapt your reporting without multiplying exports, files and manual rework.

Build the reporting.
From data to the finished view, without leaving the workspace.
Sources stay accessible
Inspect, search and filter data directly in Reporting Studio before you use them in your views.
Views follow the analysis
Arrange KPIs, tables and charts across several views to move from a global reading to a more targeted analysis.
Prism proposes, the user validates
Describe the change you want. Prism works in the context of the open workspace, prepares a proposal, and the user keeps validation.

Data stays at the heart of reporting.
A report is not only a finished picture. Sources, indicators and visualisations remain accessible in the same workspace, which the user can take back and evolve.
Visible sources
The data in use remains inspectable directly from the workspace.
Several views
A single workspace can group different readings depending on the analysis, the portfolio or the reporting need.
Financial blocks
KPIs, tables, distributions and time series can be combined in the same view.

What Reporting Studio covers.
Sources, workspaces, visualisations, analysis and Prism.
| Sources | Structured data loaded into the workspace. Inspection, search, filters and column selection. |
|---|---|
| Workspaces | Several sources and several views in the same workspace, to organise the reporting. |
| Visualisations | KPIs, tables, histograms, distributions and time series, combinable in a view. |
| Analysis | Aggregations, slices by dimension and financial indicators taken from the sources. |
| Prism | Works in the context of the open workspace, the current view and the selected block. It proposes a change; the user reviews and validates. |
Hosting, access and data handling
Where the data runs and who can access it.
- Hosting
- Microsoft Azure, European region, with application environments and data separated per client.
- Access and logging
- Microsoft Entra ID, named accounts, role-based permissions, logging of actions and parameter changes.
- Client data
- Data loaded into the workspace stays in your environment and does not feed the training of any model.
- AI assists, it does not decide
- Prism proposes reporting changes. Nothing is applied without validation, and the user can take everything back manually.
- Documentation
- Architecture file, data flows and access matrix: documented and available on request.
Frequent questions.
- What data can be used in Reporting Studio?
- Reporting Studio works with structured data such as portfolios, valuation results, risk data or other financial datasets. The demonstration can be prepared from a case representative of your environment.
- Does Reporting Studio depend on Scenario Analytics?
- No. Reporting Studio can work on independent data sources as well as on results produced by Quantora tools.
- What can Prism do?
- Prism works in the context of the open workspace and can propose reporting changes, for example creating or adapting a block. The user reviews the proposal and keeps validation.
- Can you build multiple views in the same workspace?
- Yes. A workspace can contain multiple views to organise different perspectives on the same data or different analysis needs.
- What does a demonstration look like?
- We can start from a representative dataset or workflow and show how it translates into Reporting Studio.
